  • 18% GST applicable on all the plans (Input Tax Credit can be claimed for GST registered businesses).
  • Effective 5th December 2022, users will have to purchase credits to send outstanding reminders & invoices via SMS and WhatsApp automatically. Automatic sharing via Email & Manual sharing across all three will continue to be free.

How secure is my data with Biz Analyst?
Biz Analyst has built-in banking grade security since day one using the latest standards. We have added multiple security levels which ensures that your data is always under your control. Your data is completely encrypted during the sync process and can only be accessed on your devices.
Who has access to the data? Can I add multiple users?
The Admin has complete access to the data. You can add multiple users like your sales team, senior management, accountant etc. The Admin can give limited access to each user and remove at any point of time directly from the mobile app. There is no restriction on the number of users, however the charges are based on per mobile device per TallyPrime & Tally ERP 9 license.
Can I give limited access to my sales team?
Yes, Biz Analyst's permissions system lets you give limited access to any number of users you want to. You can give restricted permissions to each sales person where they can only see the data of the customers of the permitted ledger groups. They will NOT see important reports like Profit & Loss, Cash Bank Balance, Expenses, etc. Additionally, you can remove the user at any point of time directly from your mobile.
Can I create entries from the app?
Yes, absolutely. With Biz Analyst, you can create Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Receipts and Payments that sync automatically with Tally ERP 9.
Can I add multiple companies?
With Biz Analyst, you can add any number of companies from your Tally ERP9/Prime license. You can open the companies in your TallyPrime & Tally ERP 9 and then click on Add Companies in Biz Analyst Connector application and add those companies.
What if I change or lose my phone?
You do not need to pay again in case you change your phone or lose your phone, we have you covered. You can just install Biz Analyst application again and login with your user name and password and get started again.
